Q: How to book a scooter ?
A: Select the scooter you want by klick button “Rent this bike” to reach us on WhatsApp. Our team will check the availability and we discuss further in WhatsApp.

Q: How is the payment method ?
A: Payment is on delivery when you receive the scooter. Payment is in cash or via bank transfer

Q: What is rental requirements?
A: Documents such as: ID Card, Scooter Driving License, Return flight ticket. And also you must be able to ride scooter or motorbike.

Q: What if I don’t have international scooter driving license?
A: Rent scooter using your country driving license is possible. But in case if Police ask for international driving license, it will be your own responsibility.

Q: Is the rental price include insurance?
A: No, it is not. The scooter is fully your responsibility. So you must take care of the scooter. Please always lock the scooter when you leave it and never left valuable things on the scooter. Park the scooter in the right way and right place. And never lend the scooter to another person.

Q: How is the scooter condition ?
A: All scooters are in very good condition and almost all are New brand scooters. We also always do routine check, maintenance, and clean up scooters to ensure everything is good before we deliver it.

Q: Where can I buy petrol in Bali?
A: There are many small shops sell petrol in Bali, but the best price is at Gas station (Pertamina)

Q: How far can I ride the scooter?
A: There is no limitation mileage, however you are not allowed to take a scooter outside the island of Bali
